購入と端末内の利用記録

購入手続きはAppleが処理します。アプリはAppleが検証した取引から端末内でProの利用権を判断します。購入記録、写真、認識した文字を当方のサーバーへ送信しません。文字索引の累計利用枚数を数えるため、索引を作成した画像の識別子を端末内に保存します。分類の削除、統計のリセット、バックアップの復元で使用済み枠は戻りません。既存の文字は引き続き閲覧、検索、書き出しができ、バックアップも復元できます。手動バックアップには、この利用枚数管理ファイルを別途含めません。

写真の解析は端末内で

許可された写真と動画を使い、ライブラリ表示、類似候補の検出、読み取れる原本ファイルの比較、画像内の文字認識を行います。処理は端末内で行われます。写真のアップロード用サーバー、アプリ用アカウント、広告、第三者の解析・追跡SDKはありません。当方が写真ライブラリ、認識した文字、利用履歴を受け取ることはありません。

共有、検索、通知と端末内の統計

共有画像はApp Groupに保存し、写真ライブラリには追加しません。新しい完全バックアップ（.catcleanup）にはApp内の共有画像が含まれます。旧JSONバックアップには含まれません。写真ライブラリの原本は別にバックアップしてください。分類の経験値は画像ごとに重複を避けて保存します。

システム検索は初期状態でオフです。有効にすると認識文字、タグ、メモが検索索引に渡されます。無効にすると索引の削除を要求し、写真の許可変更時はアクセスを再確認します。通知は日時を確認してから許可を求め、注文内容は表示しません。

購入画面の表示、購入の試行と確認、復元、削除完了と処理時間を端末内に集計します。写真、認識文字、メモや取引番号を含まず、自動送信もしません。設定から消去または利用者の操作で書き出せます。

端末に保存する情報

スクショの分類、タグ、メモ、認識した文字と写真への参照、スワイプの判断と進捗、整理履歴、部屋の設定などを保存します。再起動時の待ち時間を減らすため、写真へのフルアクセスがある場合は写真カタログ、比較用の特徴量、比較結果を端末内にキャッシュします。原本の写真や動画のデータは含まず、手動の整理データバックアップにも含めません。写真の許可変更を検出した場合は、フルアクセス時のキャッシュを削除してアクセス可能な内容を再確認します。サムネイルは容量制限のあるメモリキャッシュを使用します。端末の容量情報は表示に使うだけで、当方へ送信しません。

アクセス許可と削除

選択した写真のみを許可したり、iOSの設定で許可を変更・取り消したりできます。許可を取り消しても、保存済みのメモや履歴は自動では消えません。写真の削除は利用者の確認後にシステムの写真ライブラリへ要求します。iCloud写真を利用している場合、削除が他の端末にも反映されることがあります。完全に削除された写真を当方で復元することはできません。

ファイル、バックアップ、iCloud

整理データの保存先は、利用者が「ファイル」、iCloud Driveなどから選択します。保存先のサービスは各社の方針に従ってファイルを扱い、当方のサーバーには送信されません。手動バックアップに写真の原本とスワイプの進捗は含まれず、自動同期を行う機能でもありません。バックアップにはメモ、認識した文字、写真への参照が含まれる場合があります。追加のパスワード暗号化はないため、安全な場所に保管してください。iOSの端末バックアップにアプリのデータが含まれる場合もあります。

保存期間とデータの除去

端末内の記録は次回の利用のために保存され、対応する機能から編集・削除できます。「ローカル整理履歴のリセット」は説明された統計と猫のレベルをリセットするもので、スクショの記録、スワイプの進捗、書き出したファイルをすべて消す操作ではありません。アプリ内のデータをまとめて除去するには、書類を残す取り除き操作ではなく、iOSの「アプリを削除」を使用してください。書き出したファイルとシステムのバックアップは別途管理してください。アプリのデータを除去しても、写真ライブラリの原本は削除されません。

外部リンクとお問い合わせ

認識されたURLから外部サイトを開くと、リンク先の方針が適用されます。メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、利用者が提供した連絡先と内容を回答・対応のために使用します。私的な写真、機密性の高いメモ、バックアップ全体は送らないでください。お問い合わせ内容の保存や削除についてもご連絡いただけます。

購買與本機用量

購買由 Apple 處理。App 以 Apple 驗證過的交易在本機判斷 Pro 權益，不向我們的伺服器傳送購買、照片或辨識文字。App 另在本機保存已索引圖片的識別碼計算累計用量；刪除分類、重設統計或還原備份不會回補已用額度。既有文字與備份仍可讀取、匯出及還原；手動整理資料備份不另攜出這份本機用量檔。

照片在你的裝置上分析

Cat Cleanup 使用你授權存取的照片及影片來顯示圖庫、尋找相似候選、比較可讀取的原檔與辨識圖片文字。分析在裝置上進行。我們沒有照片上傳伺服器、App 帳號、廣告或第三方分析及追蹤 SDK，不接收你的相簿、辨識文字或使用紀錄。

分享、搜尋、提醒與本機統計

分享圖片會以副本儲存在主 App 與分享擴充共用的 App Group，不新增照片圖庫項目。新版完整備份（.catcleanup）包含 App 內的分享圖片；舊版 JSON 備份不含這些圖片。照片圖庫原檔仍須另外備份。分類等整理經驗以圖片去重保存。

系統搜尋預設關閉；開啟後才將可存取圖片的辨識文字、標籤、備註交給 iOS 搜尋索引。關閉會要求移除索引，照片權限變更時重新核對存取權。提醒只在確認時間時要求通知授權，通知不顯示票券或訂單內容。

本機彙總紀錄包含付費頁開啟、購買嘗試、已驗證購買、恢復、成功刪除與處理耗時，不含照片、辨識文字、備註或交易編號，不自動上傳。可在設定清除或主動匯出，由你選擇儲存或分享目的地。

裝置上保存的資料

App 會保存截圖的分類、標籤、備註、辨識文字與照片對應識別，滑動整理的取捨及進度，整理歷史、小窩偏好與設定。為加快再次開啟，完整授權時會在裝置內快取照片目錄、比對特徵與結果。快取不含照片原檔，也不加入手動整理資料備份；偵測到照片權限變更時，會清除完整權限快取並重新核對可存取的圖庫。縮圖使用受容量限制的記憶體快取。裝置容量只供畫面顯示；沒有傳送給我們。

權限與刪除

你可只授權部分照片，或在 iOS 設定中調整／撤銷權限。撤銷照片權限不會自動刪除已存在本機的備註或紀錄。App 只在你確認後透過系統照片圖庫提出刪除，系統 iCloud 照片同步可能把刪除反映到其他裝置。我們無法代替你還原已永久刪除的照片。

檔案、備份與 iCloud

你可自行匯出整理資料到「檔案」、iCloud Drive 或系統提供的其他檔案服務；所選服務會依其政策保存資料，並非傳到我們的伺服器。手動備份不含照片原檔及滑動進度，不等於自動同步。備份可能含備註、辨識文字及照片對應識別，未提供額外密碼加密，請妥善保管。iOS 裝置備份也可能保存 App 資料。

保存與移除

整理資料供下次開啟 App 使用；你可在 App 內修改或移除相關資料。設定的「重設本機整理紀錄」僅重設其說明的統計與貓咪等級，並非刪除全部分類、滑動紀錄或外部備份。若要移除整個 App 的本機資料，請使用 iOS 的「刪除 App」，而非僅卸載保留文件；另行管理已匯出的備份與系統備份。這不會刪除照片圖庫的原檔。

外部連結與客服

開啟辨識到的外部網址時，目的網站依其政策處理資料。若你自行寄信給我們，我們會使用你主動提供的聯絡方式與內容來回覆及處理問題。請避免寄送私人照片、敏感備註或完整備份；可聯絡我們詢問客服內容的保存及移除。

Purchases and local usage

Apple handles purchases. Verified Apple transactions determine Pro locally; purchase records, photos and recognized text are not sent to our servers. Indexed image identifiers are stored locally to count cumulative OCR usage. Deleting categories, resetting statistics or restoring backups does not refund used allowance. Existing text and backups remain readable, exportable and restorable. Manual organization backups do not separately export this local usage file.

On-device processing

Cat Cleanup uses the photos and videos you authorize to display your library, identify similar-photo candidates, compare readable original files and recognize image text. Processing takes place on your device. We have no photo-upload server, app accounts, ads, third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not receive your library, recognized text or usage history.

Sharing, search, reminders and local statistics

Shared image copies are saved in an App Group used by the app and share extension, never added to Photos. New complete backups (.catcleanup) include image copies shared into the app; older JSON backups do not. Original files in Photos still need a separate backup. Organizing experience is deduplicated per image.

System search is off by default. Enabling it passes accessible image text, tags and notes to the iOS search index. Disabling requests removal; photo access changes trigger rechecking. Reminder permission is requested only after you confirm a time. Notifications do not show ticket or order contents.

On-device aggregates record paywall views, purchase attempts and verified purchases, restore attempts, completed deletions and processing times. They contain no photos, recognized text, notes or transaction identifiers and are not automatically uploaded. You can clear or explicitly export them in Settings and choose where to store or share the export.

Local records

The app stores screenshot folders, tags, notes, recognized text and photo references; swipe decisions and progress; cleanup history, room preferences and settings. With full photo access, the app caches photo catalog metadata, comparison fingerprints and results locally to speed up reopening. This cache contains no original photo or video data and is excluded from manual organization backups. On detecting a photo permission change, the app clears the full-access cache and checks the accessible library again. Thumbnails use a bounded memory cache. Device capacity is used only for display and is not sent to us.

Permission and deletion

You can allow selected photos and change or revoke access in iOS Settings. Revoking access does not automatically erase existing local notes or history. The app requests photo deletion through the system library only after your confirmation. iCloud Photos may propagate deletions to other devices. We cannot restore permanently deleted photos.

Files and backups

You choose where to export organization data using Files, iCloud Drive or another available file provider. That provider handles the file under its policy; the file is not uploaded to us. Manual backups exclude original media and swipe progress and do not provide automatic synchronization. Backup files can contain notes, recognized text and photo references, have no additional password encryption and should be stored carefully. System device backups may also include app data.

Retention and removal

Local records remain for future use and can be edited or removed through the relevant app features. Reset Local Cleanup History resets the statistics and cat level described in that control; it is not a complete erasure of screenshot records, swipe progress or exported files. To remove all app-local data, use Delete App in iOS rather than offloading while keeping documents. Manage exported and system backups separately. Removing app data does not delete original photos from your photo library.

External websites opened from recognized links handle data under their own policies. If you email us, we use the contact details and information you choose to send to answer your request. Avoid sending private photos, sensitive notes or full backups. Contact us about retention or removal of support correspondence.
